Don’t rent or see “After The Sunset”, the supposed remake of “Thomas Crown Affair.” It does not live up to the first movie in any sense whatsoever. The directing was mediocre and the story line even worse. Every step of the way the movie was predictable and the romance was cliche. He loves her. She loves him. They steal their last heist, but he wants to have just one more go at it. The run down FBI agent is trying to prove his worth or get rich by either stealing it himself or catching James Bond er Thomas Crowne er Max Amillion while smoothly trying to sleep with the local cop. *gasp*

As Nat put it, this one leaves you with a movie bruise. SO bad that even after it’s over, you still sit. Hurt. Waiting for the pain to subside. At least it was entertaining to make fun of.

My twin sister can cook just about anything so delicious that you’ll eat it all and not want to share. This includes dinners, desserts, appetizers… etc etc. Mmm. I’m getting hungry just thinking about her last lasagna dish. Ooof.

Anyways, she recently decided to enter into a contest by Noodles and Co. called “Asparagus Queen”. I’m way too amused to let this go unnoticed and would love to see her win. Not just because it’s fun, but because she also makes a mean Asparagus dish that is a huge hit during the holidays! I’m guessing her husband reaps the benefits of the asparagus more often then the rest of us.

Go vote for her. I’d love to see her win!

This weekend we had a Fun Club style dinner with the gang. Thanks a bunch to the Gray’s for hosting the party at their beautiful Cedarburg home! As usual my posts are far and few between and the pile of pics in my ‘please process’ folder is growing. I did managed to squeeze these out this afternoon though. Enjoy!
